400 Rose I, the first phase of a multi-phase development, has transformed a section of Kalamazoo into a hub of urban luxury living. Designed by Tide and Timber in partnership with local architects and developers, the space blends the energy of big-city living with the tranquility of a cozy, welcoming neighborhood. We led the design of key areas including common spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, building finishes, corridors, model units, and outdoor amenities. Additionally, we fully furnished the interiors and provided graphic design services to develop the community logo and branding package.
