400 Rose II - Kalamazoo, Mi

Completed in 2023, 400 Rose II redefines urban living through a collaborative effort between Tide and Timber, architects, and building ownership. We spearheaded the design of the building, with a focus on the overall aesthetic, unit layouts, and key amenities. Our work included designing exterior patio spaces, clubrooms, and all interior finishes, creating a modern living experience at the heart of Kalamazoo, Michigan. 400 Rose offers a vibrant, sophisticated environment that captures the essence of contemporary urban life.
