Sacramento Clubhouse - West Sacramento, California

Tide and Timber designed a major remodel for two apartment community clubhouses in West Sacramento, CA, transforming them into contemporary, inviting spaces for residents to meet and relax. The design focused on creating fresh, functional environments with modern aesthetics, featuring vibrant materials and layouts that enhance both comfort and style. Despite being based in Michigan, we successfully completed the project through video calls and a few site visits. The remodeled clubhouses now serve as a central gathering place for the community, offering a stylish and welcoming setting for social events and casual interactions.
